Thank you for shopping at Ogee. We want to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Timeline
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including opened cosmetics, skincare products, intimate apparel, or items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
The Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at ogeemeritbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
